Due to the recklessness of previous generations, the earth has become unstable, her environments no longer suit our needs. We weren't kind with Mother Nature, and she's made it very clear that our transgressions will no longer be acceptable. Our home is no longer safe. 

We had every chance to stop global warming but by 2067 it was too late. Some of us remember the old world, most of us were born into this wretched place. 

Ever since our conception in 2070, the eDEN research station seeks to improve our current ecological conditions by stimulating our environment to fit our needs and by lowering the CO2 levels in what remains of our atmosphere.
